**Job Summary:**

Balmoral Senior Living is seeking a Health and Wellness Director for our 122 bed Assisted Living & Memory Care Community.

Candidates must have care and compassion for the elderly population. Candidates must be driven, self-motivated, organized, reliable, and have the ability to multi-task.

Candidates must also be a licensed nurse in the state of Florida and be proficient at performing nursing skills. Management experience in working with nursing staff personnel is preferred.

Our Health and Wellness Director is a management team member at our community, and their primary role is to oversee the functions of our nursing team personnel, and the healthcare services that we provide our residents.

This position is a salaried position and works with the Assisted Living & memory Care residents and employees.

**Duties:**

- Develop and implement wellness programs that promote resident health and well-being

- Ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines and HIPAA regulations

- Review medical records and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness

- Advocate for resident rights and provide leadership in promoting a culture of wellness

- Manage budgeting for wellness programs and services

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in a similar role with a focus on wellness programs

- Proficiency in managing medical records and documentation review

- Knowledge of Medicare regulations and resident rights

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively

- Experience in budgeting for wellness initiatives
